      Yes. JAMS Cloud sends Official Receipts via e-mail and mail depending on each member's communication preference, and they are also available for members to download online at any time.

    • Can members make online payments on JAMS Cloud?

      Yes. Members may make payments with any major debit/credit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay on the member portal or the member mobile app.

    • Should our members use the JAMS Cloud website to manage their interactions with the union?

    • Which reports are available in JAMS Cloud?

      There are a variety of reports available in JAMS Cloud, including member information download (for mailers, pivot tables, call lists, etc.), classification changes, MRCS, dispatch/out-of-work statistics, hours audit, monthly per capita report, new member, resignations, withdrawals, transfers, and a customizable reporting dashboard.

    • Can a member sign the out-of-work/available-for-work list online in JAMS Cloud?

      Yes. With the click of a button, members may add themselves to the out-of-work/available-for-work list.

    • What is the process in JAMS Cloud to send a member to a job?

      When the union user starts dispatching, s/he is shown the first member eligible for any open jobs/dispatch requests available at that time. All the pertinent information for the member and the job/dispatch request is available on that screen. The union staff records the call outcome and then sees the next member eligible for any open jobs/dispatch requests still available at that time. The member and any configured employer contacts are notified and sent the dispatch/employment report immediately. This continues until all the jobs/dispatch requests are completed or no more eligible members are available.

    • What can an employer do in JAMS Cloud?

      The employer portal allows contractors signatory to the union to submit dispatch/job requests, submit terminations for any current employee, view their company information with the union, their current and past employees, job/dispatch request history, termination history, and more.

    • How is JAMS Cloud addressing payment related issues?

      The answer is simple: with Autopay. JAMS Cloud offers Autopay services to members so they can ensure their payments will be automatically processed on schedule, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This feature not only saves members time but also ensures a steady and reliable revenue stream for the union.

    • Do I have to manually handle each suspension/forfeiture in JAMS Cloud?

      No. At the month's end, all the month's suspensions and forfeitures are processed for you.
